CAN I RETURN SOMETHING THAT I DON'T LIKE?

We want you to LOVE your purchase but just in case you don’t, returns will be accepted within 30 business days of your order delivery.

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds are NOT offered, however, store credit, which never expires, will be issued as long as your returned merchandise complies with our Return Policies. 

Any returns past the policy return date will not be accepted or given store credit.

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will be made only if stock is available. Please note that our inventory moves fast so styles and sizes may sometimes not be available.

Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.

No Final Sale items will be accepted. Final sales are merchandise that are on Sale, Discounted, and/or Promotional Items

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT AFTER I SHIP MY RETURN?

After your return is received and merchandise is determined to be undamaged, unworn and in good condition, you will be emailed about your store credit.

All returned items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number). Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed and finalized.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

**If an item is worn or damaged or not in the original condition, we reserve the right to deny store credit.**

Accessories, discounted items, and merchandise purchased on clearance or promotion are considered FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return.

 

I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO I CANCEL?

We are sorry that you changed your mind. As long as your order has not been fulfilled and has not left our facilities, we can cancel your order. Email us at Hello@Shopashanu.com with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.

 

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available.

 

THE ITEM I ORDERED DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY; CAN I EXCHANGE ONLINE?

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or style, please email us at Hello@shopashanu.com with the specifics on what you want exchanged.

Once the return package is received, we will notify you via email with a credit to make the purchase exchange on our online store. You may use your own shipping method.

Exchange items cannot be worn or washed and must be in original condition.

 

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If store credit is issued, it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS

Sometimes mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, please email Ashanu Customer Service within 3 days of delivery to Hello@shopashanu.com. A return shipping label will be provided so that you can send your item back.

 **Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.**

 

MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact your local USPS or UPS location dependent on the shipping service your order was to be delivered by. If after contacting the shipping provider, you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at Hello@shopashanu.com  and we will be happy to help you.

Ashanu is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external occurrences, natural disasters, or severe weather cases. In emergency cases like these, please contact your local USPS office directly, with any inquiries of the status of your package. Call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or keep track with your orders at www.usps.com.

FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

In any situation when USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, customer’s refusal to pay duties, or multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, Ashanu is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in these cases. To avoid problems like this, continue to keep track of your orders at www.usps.com or www.ups.com for further details.
