We want you to LOVE your purchase but if for some reason you don't, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags for return within 30 days from the date on which you received your package.

You will receive a store credit refund minus a $7.95 deduction for return shipping charges on all returns.

Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange: final sale items include Accessories, Sale, Discounted, and Promotional Items.

For returns received after 30 days of delivery, we will issue you a store credit refund.

We will notify you via email confirming that your return has been processed with the store credit refund amount.

**Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

Any regular priced items bought with a discount from a promotional code can be returned.

Sometimes mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, please email Ashanu Customer Service immediately at

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted with US orders.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • We inspect all return items and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full store credit refund based on the returned condition of the merchandise. Any items returned which have been worn, returned in poor condition or does not comply with our returns policy will result in an automatic 30% restocking fee.
  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email us at as soon as possible. If possible send us a picture of the defective merchandise.
  • Returns that do not meet our return policy, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, 30% restocking fee, or denial.
