Shipping Policy

U.S. SHIPPING on all orders over $25 as well as FREE local delivery in the 95340, 95341, 95348 zip codes.

All U.S orders (including Hawaii & Alaska) ship FREE via USPS for over $25. Shipping times can take anywhere from 5 to 15 days with some postal delays upto 21 days during Christmas and New Year holidays. This shipping option is NOT insured unless purchased. This is our slowest shipping option, but free!

Priority service is available upon check-out for additional charge.

SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE:

*There may be a delay in shipping up to 21 days due to current shipping delays as well as the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Please bear with us as we do our absolute best to ship your orders out as soon as we can. We thank you for your patience and your support!*

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We’re happy to offer USPS and UPS Ground Shipping to domestic customers on all orders!
Free shipping offered on orders of $25 or more as well as FREE delivery in the 95340, 9534 and 95348 zip codes. Free shipping rates do not apply to Puerto Rico and international orders.

Orders shipped by USPS and/or UPS Ground Shipping typically arrive within 5-10 business days from the shipped date. 

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a second email once your order has shipped from our facilities.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facilities (excludes weekends and holidays).

Orders that have already been processed and sent out from dispatch cannot be cancelled.

We ship orders to all US states/territories and APO/FPO addresses.

U.S. ORDERS: USPS/UPS GROUND SHIPPING OVER $25- cost dependent on shipping method chosen: 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

U.S. ORDERS: USPS/UPS GROUND SHIPPING OVER $99- FREE: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS

 

SHIPPING STATUS

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Notifications of any back-ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.

SERVICE DELAYS

Ashanu is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external occurrences, natural disasters or severe weather cases. In emergency cases like these, please directly contact your local USPS office with any inquiries of the status of your package. Call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or keep track with your orders at www.usps.com. For UPS, visit www.ups.com or call (1-888-742-5877).

 FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

In any situation when USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, customer’s refusal to pay duties, or multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, Ashanu is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in cases like these. To avoid problems like this continue to keep track of your orders at www.usps.com or www.ups.com or call for further details.
